Last reviewed: 29 October 2026The publication
Trader’s Angle is an independently operated FX and macroeconomic research publication based in Portugal. These terms apply to the public website, published research and free account features. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and respect the rights described below.
Paid memberships are not currently offered. Before a paid service becomes available, its price, renewal terms, cancellation process and applicable consumer rights will be presented separately for review before any purchase. These terms do not create a paid subscription.
Research is information, not individual advice
Our publications contain general market analysis and the author’s interpretation of economic developments. They are not tailored to your finances, objectives, experience, circumstances or risk tolerance. They are not an instruction to enter, hold or exit a position, or an offer to manage money.
Read the financial research disclaimer before relying on any discussion of markets or trade theses.
Timeliness, accuracy and changes
Market conditions, quoted levels, expectations and policy assessments can change rapidly. Analysis reflects the information and publication time indicated and should not be assumed to represent a live view. We work to make material facts and corrections clear, but cannot guarantee that every statement, data source or third-party service is complete, error-free or current at the time you read it.
We may correct, clarify, update, withdraw or reorganise content. Our editorial standards explain how substantive corrections and dated updates are handled.
Accounts and access
If you create an account, provide accurate information that belongs to you, keep your sign-in details confidential and notify us through Contacts if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate others, share access in ways that undermine account security, circumvent access controls or attempt to obtain another member’s information.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse or comply with law. Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
Acceptable use
You may read and link to public research and make reasonable quotations with attribution, subject to applicable copyright exceptions. Do not republish substantial parts of the archive, sell or misrepresent our work, systematically harvest content, interfere with the website, probe private accounts or exploit security vulnerabilities without authorisation.
Intellectual property and third-party material
Unless otherwise credited, original articles, publication design and brand material are associated with Trader’s Angle. References to currencies, central banks, financial instruments, quoted sources and external brands remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. External links are provided for context and do not imply endorsement or control over those websites.
Service availability and responsibility
We may occasionally change or interrupt the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We do not guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted access to third-party content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including rights and remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk management.
Privacy, contact and applicable law
Our privacy policy explains how account, contact and optional analytics data are handled. For a question about these terms or to report misuse, contact Trader’s Angle.
These terms are intended to operate under Portuguese law, without removing any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as legally possible.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in law, technology or the services actually offered. Material changes will be reflected in the dated version published here.
